Motic Pay

This policy explains what Motic Pay collects when you use the billing software at moticpay.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers the agreements and customer records you connect as well as ordinary account and device data.

Account details: your name, company name, work email, mobile number where you give one, and your plan.

Agreements you upload: the signed documents themselves and the billing terms read from them.

Customer and invoice records: the businesses you bill, amounts, dates, payment status and the messages sent about them.

Connected system data: records from the billing, accounting and customer systems you authorise, and from purchasing portals you give us access to.

Payment data: your own subscription payment is handled by our payment processor. We see the last four digits and the status of a charge, never the full card number.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and actions taken in the app.

To read your agreements, raise invoices and match incoming payments to them.

To draft and send follow up messages in your name, according to your approval settings.

To take payment for your subscription and send service messages about your account.

To provide support when you contact us.

To keep the service secure and to detect misuse.

4. SMS Messaging and Data Sharing

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, we use it to send recurring automated account notification text messages about your account and your service. These are account notifications and not marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with the providers that make the service work, which are our hosting provider, our payment processor, our email and messaging providers, and the systems and portals you connect, each only to the extent needed for their function. We share information where the law requires it. We do not sell your data and we do not share your customer records for advertising.

6. Data Retention

We keep your agreements, invoices and message history while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends so you can export them. Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as that requires.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it for their work, and credentials for the systems you connect are stored as revocable tokens wherever the provider supports them.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Disconnect any system or portal from your settings at any time.

Export your agreements, invoices and message history at any time.

Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing support@moticpay.com.

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.

9. Children

The software is sold to businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at support@moticpay.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the software changes. The current version is always posted at https://moticpay.com/privacy-policy.
