Motic Pay is billing and collections software. It reads the agreements you upload, extracts the rate, the schedule and the renewal terms, raises invoices on the dates those terms call for, drafts follow up messages sent in your name, uploads invoices to your customers' purchasing portals, and matches incoming payments to open invoices. Payments are made into accounts you own and control. Motic Pay does not hold, receive, escrow or disburse funds, does not advance or purchase invoices, and is not a collection agency. The software is intended for invoices owed by businesses.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bill on behalf of the business whose agreements you upload. You are responsible for reviewing every invoice and every follow up message before it is sent, and for the accuracy of the agreements you provide. Approval settings are yours to configure and yours to maintain.
Plans, prices and billing periods are as follows. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable tax.
| Plan | Price | Billing period |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $180 | a month, or $1,800 a year |
| Growth | $450 | a month, or $4,500 a year |
| Scale | $1,200 | a month, billed yearly |
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price, until cancelled.
Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
A refund is available within 14 days of a first subscription or of an annual renewal, on request to support@moticpay.com.
Plans are banded by the invoice volume they cover. If your volume moves you into a higher band we will tell you before the next renewal.
Do not use the software to pursue debts owed by individuals for personal, family or household purposes.
Do not upload agreements you are not a party to or otherwise authorised to bill from.
Do not send messages through the software that are threatening, harassing or misleading.
Do not resell or provide the software as a service to third parties without our written agreement.
The software, its interface and its underlying models remain ours. Your subscription grants a non exclusive, non transferable licence to use it for your own business while your plan is active. Your agreements, invoices and customer records remain yours, and you may export them at any time.
Motic Pay produces invoices and messages from the agreements you give it and the settings you choose. Every invoice and every message is yours, sent under your name, and you are responsible for reviewing it before it goes out. The software is not a collection agency, does not act as a third party debt collector, does not report to credit bureaus, and does not place accounts. Nothing it produces is investment, tax or legal advice.
If you provide a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated account notification text messages about your account and your service at that number. These are account notifications, not marketing.
To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any Motic Pay message. For assistance, reply HELP to any Motic Pay message, call (888) 338-7201, or email support@moticpay.com.

The software connects to the billing, accounting and customer systems you authorise, and to your customers' purchasing portals using credentials you supply. Payments are processed by your own payment provider into your own accounts. Those providers operate under their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability or their acts.
The software is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that every term will be read from an agreement correctly, or that every invoice it produces will be accurate. Review before you send.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the software changes. The current version is always posted at https://moticpay.com/terms-of-service. Continued use of the software after an update means the updated Terms apply to that use.
