Cancel from account settings

You can leave without a phone call. Open account settings, cancel the plan, and the subscription stops renewing. The desk stays available through the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is cut off mid month to force a conversation.

3. Keep working through the last day of the paid period

4. Nothing renews after that date

A refund is available within 14 days of the first subscription, or of an annual renewal, by writing support@moticpay.com. Outside that window, the paid period simply runs out. There is no surprise clawback of client funds because client money was never in a Motic Pay account to begin with.

What continues until the period ends

Open lines, clause amounts, and draft reminders stay on the desk until the paid period ends. You can still approve nudges in your name while the subscription is active. After the last day, new billing on that plan stops. Your bank account details remain yours. Client remittances were always pointed at you.

The period you already paid for runs to its end. Nothing renews after that.

Starter, Growth, and Scale all cancel the same way. Starter is $180 a month. Growth is $450 a month. Scale is $1,200 a month billed yearly once volume is over $2M a year. Business to business invoices only. This software is not investment, tax, or legal advice.
