Growth covers a hand negotiated rate

Growth is $450 a month, or $4,500 a year, for deals negotiated by hand. The rate is not on a public list. You still approve the nudge.
Growth exists for work that never belonged on a public rate card. The fee was set in a conversation, written into a clause, and signed. There is no published table that matches it, and there should not be. The desk still has to bill that figure on time and remind the client in language that points at the same clause.
At $450 a month, or $4,500 a year, Growth covers that shape of deal without pretending it is Starter catalog work. You upload the agreement. Motic Pay lifts the hand negotiated rate. The invoice shows that amount. The reminder quotes the clause. You approve before send.
What hand negotiated means on the desk
Hand negotiated does not mean informal. It means the price was agreed outside a standard menu. The paperwork still matters. The schedule still matters. The only difference is that a stranger cannot look up the number on a website. Motic Pay treats that number as authoritative once it is in the signed PDF.
If volume grows past the Growth shape of work, Scale is the published next band: $1,200 a month, billed yearly, once billed volume is over $2M a year. A move into a higher band is told before the next renewal, not mid period.
