Note

Money lands in your account

Client money is paid into your own account. It is never paid into a Motic Pay account. That rule is not a footnote. It is how the product is built. The desk raises the bill, matches the payment to the open line, and leaves the funds with the bank details you named.

Finance teams ask this first for a reason. Software that sits in the middle of settlement creates custody questions, reconciliation noise, and trust problems with clients who already signed a clause about where to pay. Motic Pay stays out of that path. The invoice points at your account. The money follows that instruction.

Matching the payment to the line

When a client pays, the payment is matched to the open line it belongs to. The match is about the bill, not about holding the cash. You still see which clause amount was due, which reminder went out, and which remittance closed the line.

That is the whole point of reading the agreement first. The amount on the invoice came from the clause. The reminder quoted the clause. The payment lands against that same line in your account.

What this is not

This is not a payment processor that takes custody. This is not a marketplace wallet. This is billing software for business to business invoices that were priced in agreements, including hand negotiated ones.

Starter is $180 a month for under 60 bills. Growth is $450 a month for hand negotiated rates. Scale is $1,200 a month billed yearly once volume is over $2M a year. Cancel anytime from account settings. The plan runs to the end of the paid period.

The client pays into your account. Motic Pay does not hold the money.

Business to business invoices only. This software is not investment, tax, or legal advice. Write support@moticpay.com within 14 days of the first subscription, or of an annual renewal, for a refund.
