The clause is not a price list

The rate lives in the clause
A non standard agreement does not bill from a public price list. The amount is written in a clause, often after a negotiation that never made it into a catalog. Motic Pay is built for that document: it lifts the rate and the schedule from the signed PDF and puts that figure on the invoice.
When someone asks for the rate, they often mean a category table. That is the wrong mental model for work that was priced in a room. The only authoritative number is the one the parties signed. Everything else is a guess that creates wrong invoices and awkward reminders.
Why a catalog fails here
Catalog rates assume the same service always costs the same. Hand negotiated work does not. Retainers, phased fees, volume bands, and one off settlements all sit in clauses with different wording. If the desk defaults to a list price, the line is wrong before anyone hits send.
Motic Pay does not invent a substitute. It reads the clause you uploaded, shows that amount next to the open line, and drafts a reminder that quotes the same language. You still approve the nudge. Nothing goes out under your name without that step.
A non standard agreement does not use a catalog rate. The amount is in the clause.
What shows up on the invoice
The invoice line carries the clause amount. The reminder refers back to that clause so the client sees the same number you see. Client money is paid into your own account. It is never paid into a Motic Pay account.
Starter is $180 a month for under 60 bills when you want a published entry. Growth is $450 a month when the deal was negotiated by hand. Scale is $1,200 a month, billed yearly, once billed volume is over $2M a year. Cancel from account settings anytime. The paid period runs to its end. Business to business invoices only.
