Starter is $180 a month, or $1,800 a year, for under 60 bills. That figure sits on the pricing page in plain numbers. There is no discovery call required to learn what entry costs, and there is no custom quote for the published band.

Finance leads lose hours when a vendor hides the entry price behind a form. We publish Starter because our own rate should be as clear as the clause you expect Motic Pay to read from a signed PDF.

What $180 covers

The Starter desk tracks open lines, lifts the amount from the clause where the agreement wrote it, and drafts the reminder you still approve before anything goes out in your name. Under 60 bills a month stays inside this band. Cross that volume and you move to Growth or Scale on the published schedule, not on a surprise mid cycle change.

Yearly Starter is $1,800. Monthly Starter is $180. Both are business to business subscription fees for the software. Client money never lands in a Motic Pay account. It is paid into the bank account you name on the desk.

The entry price is published. The rate inside your agreements still comes from the clause.

How the published figure relates to your agreements

Publishing our price does not turn your client agreements into a catalog. A hand negotiated deal still bills the figure written in that clause. Motic Pay reads the PDF, puts that amount on the invoice line, and quotes the clause on the nudge you approve.
